A new class every week
Beginner friendly Pilates, step and mindful movement. Beulah films and uploads a fresh session each week, so there is always something new waiting.
Pilates and mindful movement
Beulah has spent more than thirty years teaching people how to move well. Now she puts a new class into a small online community every week, so you can move on the day and at the pace that fits your life.
About Beulah
She started out teaching aerobics in a small hall with a borrowed sound system. Three decades later she is still teaching, still curious, and still convinced that the best kind of movement is the kind you can keep doing for the rest of your life.
Her classes are built on Pilates and mindful movement. Slow, controlled, breath first. There is no leaderboard, nothing to keep up with, and no one watching to see whether you got it right.
What she cares about most is the room itself. People who know each other by name, who notice when someone has been away for a while, and who make it easy to come back.
Every session starts with settling. The strength comes after, and it lasts longer that way.
Progressions you can hold onto in your sixties, not a six week sprint you abandon in March.
Nobody is ranked, timed or compared. You are simply expected, and missed when you are not there.
How it works
Sign up on Skool at the founding rate. It takes about two minutes and you are in straight away.
Press play on the newest class, or start further back in the library. Beginner sessions are marked so you know where to begin.
Move at your own pace, ask Beulah anything in the group, and let it become a habit rather than a push.
Weekly classes
It all happens in one place on Skool. A new class every week, a library that waits for you, and a group of people who are genuinely glad you showed up.
Beginner friendly Pilates, step and mindful movement. Beulah films and uploads a fresh session each week, so there is always something new waiting.
Nothing is scheduled, so there is nothing to miss. Press play at six in the morning or ten at night, whenever your day has a gap in it.
Ask questions, share the wins and the wobbles, and get a proper answer from Beulah rather than a comment lost in a feed.
Whether you are brand new, coming back after a break, or already training, modifications are called out loud so you never have to guess.
If you would rather have Beulah's full attention, or you are working around an injury, a recovery or a goal of your own, private Pilates sessions can be booked directly with her.

The standard rate once founding places are gone.
The founding rate is half price, and it stays half price for as long as you keep your membership. It closes at twenty members.
There is no contract and no notice period. If the first month does not suit your body or your week, cancel inside Skool and you will not be charged again. You keep whatever you learned, and Beulah would rather you found the right fit than stayed out of guilt.
Questions
No. Beginner sessions are marked as beginner, and Beulah calls out an easier option out loud as she teaches, so you are never left guessing. Most people arrive having done nothing for a while. That is a normal place to start.
No. There are no scheduled sessions to attend. Beulah uploads a new class each week and it stays in the library, so you press play whenever your day allows and work through the rest at your own pace.
A mat and enough floor space to lie down with your arms out. That is it to begin with. If a class uses a band or a light weight, Beulah says so in advance and always gives an option without it.
Any time, from inside Skool, in a couple of clicks. There is no contract, no notice period, and nobody will ring you to talk you out of it.
Beyond the mat
Some people come for the movement and leave curious about the other thing Beulah has been building. The Digital Magnetic System teaches the skills behind earning online as an affiliate: how to pick something worth recommending, how to talk about it so people actually listen, and how to keep showing up without burning out.
It takes real work and results differ from person to person. If you are willing to learn, this is where to start.
